The Beverly Bootstraps Groundbreaking ceremony was this morning on Rantoul Street. This is a $1.8M project re-purposing a mixed use building to house their offices, program support and a revenue generating thrift store. The facility will be called Ralph E. Bates Center for Support, named so for its major donor which contributed $1M.

Pinck is working with architect firm Siemasko + Verbridge and construction management firm BWK Construction to complete the project.
