Golda Meir House Project Underway
Pinck & Co. is engaged to provide OPM services for the renovation of this 200 unit affordable housing complex in Newton, MA. The renovation scope includes increased accessibility for units, renovation of common areas, increased energy efficiency and envelope improvements. This development is owned and operated by Jewish Community Housing for the Elderly (JCHE) , a non-profit affordable senior housing organization and will meet Enterprise Green Communities criteria. Pinck & Co. has been working with JCHE since November 2014, leading a four-month-long feasibility period focused on aligning project scope with available financing; the project now moves forward into the pre-design phase.

Golda Meir House has 199 apartments: 176 are available to those 62 and older with income levels that meet HUD guidelines for subsidized housing. The remaining 23 units are available for people aged 62 and older whose income levels exceed these guidelines.
