President Jennifer Pinck has 36 years of experience in the Massachusetts design and construction industry. Jennifer started from the ground floor and has worked her way through every aspect of the building trades, from construction to design to project management.
Ph. (617) 445-3555 x301
Prior to founding Pinck & Co., Jennifer served in key roles on both of the region’s recent mega-projects: The Boston Harbor Project and The Central Artery Tunnel.
As a Construction Manager for the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority on the Boston Harbor Project Jennifer managed the procurement of the on-island concrete batch plant as well as led the design of the construction support office building to house the Construction Manager’s staff. Working for the owner’s interests, especially with the intense scrutiny surrounding the Deer Island plant, Jennifer successfully managed complex procurements and projects in the public sector contributing to the on--time and on--budget completion of the facility.
As Mitigation Manager for the Big Dig, Jennifer managed the interface between the impacted communities and the project. With a staff of urban planners, architects, and community liaisons she designed and implemented programs to ensure the City and its neighborhood’s interests were accounted for both during construction and in the final design.
Jennifer started in the building trades and worked her way up to Construction Superintendent for the George B.H. Macomber Company. In 1986 she obtained a Boston ABC License, the first woman to do so.
