Bornstein & Pearl Food Production Center is now OPEN!
The Bornstein Pearl Food Production Center is now open for business! Mayor Martin J. Walsh and members of the Bornstein and Pearl families celebrated the opening on Monday September 8 at 196 Quincy St. in Dorchester. Festivities included food tastings as well as tours of the $15 million food manufacturing facility and business incubator.
CropCircle Kitchen, the anchor tenant, is operating two large shared and commissary kitchens within the complex. The kitchens are fitted out with top-of-the-line equipment and are available to growing food businesses on an hourly rental basis. Visit the CCK Pearl website for information on membership rates and how to join the shared kitchen.
